Contracts
Fees dependent on contracted capacity and approved by chambers county commissioners court. The above prices are set at a minimum and together with volume levels may be changed by CCRRRF dependent upon waste profiles; handling; pre and post analytical fees; documentation; contract negotiation; and any penalty fees assessed as a result of storage, handling, transporting, safety, disposal problems, and ash testing and disposal that cause additional cost to CCRRRF.
