CHAMBERS COUNTY INCINERATION FACILITY
The County maintains the Chambers County Resource Recovery & Recycling Facility (“Facility”) as a Facility that is open for the use of the general public, subject to availability and upon payment of the user fees that the County has established. The County agrees to incinerate the Customer’s Waste on a non-exclusive space available basis at the Facility located at 7505 Highway 65 Anahuac, Texas, 77514.

Facility Hours of Operation
The County shall use reasonable efforts to keep the Facility open to receive Customer's waste twenty-four (24) hours a day, for three hundred sixty-five (365) days a year including Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. The Facility will provide reasonable notice to customer for any scheduled shutdown due to maintenance or repair;

The Facility reserves the right to shutdown without notice, during an emergency as declared by the Chambers County Commissioners Court or County officials. In event of scheduled or unscheduled shutdowns, the Customer will be completely responsible for the transportation and/or disposal of any or all wastes Customer chooses to divert or remove from the Facility, and the County will not be liable for any costs incurred by Customer for such wastes diverted or removed.
