METHODS OF PAYMENT
Customers who provide adequate credit reference and have acceptable payment history may be exempt from the payment methods listed below."Customers" credit history will be evaluated at the discretion of Chambers County. Certain credit information and/or Dunn & Bradstreet Report may be required as deemed appropriate and necessary by Chambers County to establish the "Customers" credit worthiness.

NON-ASSURED CREDIT:
Customers who submit appropriate credit history and qualify for the non-assured payment method will be billed on a thirty (30) day cycle with all payments in full within 45 (forty-five) days from the invoice date. Failure to comply can result in non-assured payment method being revoked and ASSURED CREDIT, PAYMENT BY LOAD OR PRE-PAYMENT "methods" being imposed.

ASSURED CREDIT:
I. Customer's who contract to utilize this payment method must submit a letter of credit in an amountequalto the applicablebase rate chargedfor the estimatedvolumedisposedof for sixty (60) days.

2. The letter of credit must be maintained throughout the contract and customer must agree to submit additional monies or letters of credit to account for waste stream increases and/or costs or penalties* incurred due to handling; cleanup; ash disposal; sample testing; safety equipment; etc.; or other variables not identifiable at the time of disposalor signingof a contract. .

3. Customer's failure to submit additional monies or a revised letter of credit may result in cancellation of services and claim on the letter of credit.

4. Paymentsnot receivedwithin forty-five(45) days fromdate of invoicemay result in cancellationof services; claimon the letter of credit; and/oraddedinterestpenalty.

Customer's fees for incineration are determined by the amount and type of waste incinerated on a monthly basis and by payment options the Customer chooses to accept. Said disposal fees and payment options are established by Order of the Commissioners Court and the current fees and payment options are incorporated as part of this Agreement as Exhibit A.
